Join Cin-Cin Thursday, July 23 from 5:30 – 9:00 p.m. for an exclusive winemaker reception and 6-course dinner event featuring HALL Winery from Napa Valley and WALT Winery from Sonoma. Steve Leveque, Director of Winemaking, for HALL and WALT wines will showcase 6 of his wines paired with Chef Shingo Katsura’s cuisine. $125/per person (tax/gratuity excluded). Credit card accepted at time of reservation. Limited seating available.

The wines showcased at this event are fantastic, handpicked by Steve and I for your enjoyment. You will not find another event with this caliber of food and wine. Not to mention the opportunity to meet our good friend, Steve Leveque.

About Steve Leveque, Director of Winemaking for HALL | WALT Wines

Born and raised in Napa Valley, Steve Leveque earned a reputation for finely-crafted wines that reflect the terroir and celebrate the varietal.  His more than sixteen years of winemaking expertise started at Robert Mondavi Winery where he blossomed under the mentorship of Tim Mondavi and served as winemaker for most of his eleven-year tenure. Steve also served as executive vice president and winemaker of Chalk Hill Estate Winery in Sonoma where he hand-crafted a portfolio of small-lot Bordeaux varietals to critical acclaim. Steve’s personal philosophy and professional history demonstrate the reverence for the land and devotion to excellence that HALL and WALT embrace.


HALL’s estate vineyards encompass more than 500 acres of classic Bordeaux varietals; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc. As winegrowers, the Halls have a strong respect for the environment and a commitment to cutting-edge vineyard technology to yield the highest quality grapes. Hall and Walt wineries are owned by Kathryn and Craig Hall.


WALT is dedicated to the production of premier Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Pacific Coast’s most distinctive vineyard sites, spanning nearly 1000 miles and including Sta. Rita Hills, Sonoma County, Anderson Valley, and the Willamette Valley. WALT is the maiden name of owner Kathryn Hall.
