Yes, we are open! On May 8th, 2008 Cin-Cin opened its doors for dinner. And, on May 27th, we’ll be serving lunch Tuesday through Friday. We are enjoying the many wine and food discoveries our customers our making with our global menu.

Our philosophy at Cin-Cin is to explore "outside of the box,"

Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet are old favorites to lean back on, but why not discover something new? Well, the masses have spoken and here are some of our customer’s favorites coming from the bar:

Fresh, Flirty and Fabulous (wine flight): We thought we’d play a little homage to the movie Sex and the City (opening May 28th) and celebrate the summer with this fun flight which includes these wines:

• J.Vidal, Viognier
• Alba Cor, Pinot Gris/ Gewürztraminer blend (new!)
• Barrel 27, Viognier/Roussanne/Marsanne blend

This flight is a great compliment to the Cilantro Soba Noodle Wraps, The Crispy Tuna Crudo or the Pan-Roasted Australian Barramundi. Bring your fresh, flirty and fabulous self in to try this flight and get carried away…..

The Luxe Life (wine flight): Everyone needs to enjoy luxury once in a while, so why not enjoy it in the glass? These wines are great food wines with elegance and complexity:

• Standish, Pinot Noir
• Hermanos Pecina, Rioja
• Monte dall’Ora, Valpolicella Classico Superiore

This flight is a great compliment to the Cin-Cin Sampler platter, the Charcuterie Plate, and the Pan-Seared Salmon among others.

Dessert anyone?

Cheesecake Beignets have been the shining star of our dessert menu. Creamy cheesecake oozes out of a crisp, round ball accompanied by chocolate fondue and hazelnut honey dipping sauce.

But don’t stop there; try a glass of Warre’s Otima, 10yr Tawny Port for a harmonious pairing.
